Sweet lady's voice: "Hi can I speak to ***. I'm calling from ****.

Me: "Yes?"

Sweet lady's voice: "We are looking for people who are talented or have potential ........ Have you heard of our company?"

Me: "Errr... No?" (Actually I didn't get what she said her company was cos she spoke too fast)

Sweet lady's voice: "Well, actually our company deals with *******. Do you think you will be interested in a position in our company?"

Me: "Erm, I don't think so." (I dun really have a choice at this point)

Okay this is not the whole conversation, but the gist is roughly there. Guess I effectively killed any chance of me working in that company in the future. Anyway, have to say it feels good to get this kind of call.

Met up with J on monday. I'm always amazed how the two of us can chat for so long. I'm glad I have a friend like him.
