Sometimes I wonder whether I'm doing badly in my job. I love my new roles, but I'm sometimes overwhelmed by the accountability. I'm willing to try and fail, but how will the others react if I fail?

Watch my cadet went on stage to receive the SPF-NPCC badge. Was happy because I think he deserved it, happier because I saw how proud his mother was. Think I must have done something right too.
