Good service is important
In the morning, I brought the ppl out for a course. We hired a bus to bring them there. The bus uncle is super unfriendly. You smile at him, he shows u a stoned face. So a couple of ppl were late. After about ten minutes, he asked whether we can go. "Can we wait for 5 more minutes?" I requested. "No! I'm already running late!" He retorted. Fine. We boarded the bus, when we reach and alighted, I thank him for the trip and apologised for the delay earlier. No reaction from him. What an idiot.
After the course, we called for the uncle to fetch us. The uncle "chut pattern" again. There's two doors for boarding, but he only open the back door. When some guys stood at the front door waiting for him to open it, he just stared right back. Cock man! He finally open when I signaled him to do so. When we were back, again we thanked him for the return trip, but still no reaction from him. I really hate to say this, but you are a F****** A******. If you dun like this job, dun do it. Don't show your passengers a F*** face.
Some time after the above incident. I was waiting for a bus at the bus stop to go to my apartment. The bus took a real long time to come, and I was feeling quite irritated. Eventually it came, and I board the bus rather pissed. What come next was a surprise, the bus driver smiled, and greeted me "good afternoon." Just a simple gesture and two words, I felt so much better. The grouchy uncle should really learn from this driver. That's what good service is about.
Next me and mf went to a hardware shop to get the aluminium track for our curtains. The auntie was very friendly, though she was quite busy as well. When her grandson (I suspect he's her grandson) tried to help her, she nagged at him on what he need to do until the grandson gave up. This auntie reminds me of my own auntie actually, who always nag at my sis when doing the house chores. I can't really describe it well, but it was really funny, especially since I'm not the one being nagged at. I think old people actually they meant well when they nag, but well... Anyway, the hardware shop auntie advised us on what we need for the curtain and help us packed everything. She also gave us a discount from the final price. So nice!
PS: I was so happy we settled the curtains part for a low cost. We don't even need to worry about the installation part as the contractor agreed to do it for us.

Why are there more left handers?
The reason why there is more left handers now is because they are not being discriminated or orstracised anymore. In the olden days, especially in Asia, lefthanders are thought to be abnormal. People borned lefthanded were forced (usually by parents) to learn to use their right hand predominately. As time passes they became righthanders. Nowadays, nobody care anymore, whether you are a left or right hander. Hence there seems to be "more" lefthanders now.
