Was recommended this book by MF. It's about the author who found out that his favourite university prof was terminally ill, and how he spend every tuesdays with the old man to learn the lesson on love and way of live and death.
The book was beautifully written. The courage of the old man was unbelievable. Though it is known right from the start that he is going to die, the book is does not give a gloomy or heavy feeling. Instead, it touches on the positives that we can get from all stages of our lives, experiencing all the emotions and asking ourselves what is our priorities in life and accepting death in grace. Yet it is not another inspirational book that raves about senseless positive thinking.
Good book. Worth re-reading a second time.
