Made the okonomiyaki for the first time with Feifei.
These are some of the ingredients:
Fish shavings and sea weed
Onions Cabbage Eggs
Most Importantly, okonomiyaki sauce, flour and japanese mayonnaise.
Dice the cabbage
Then the onions Add water into the flour. The ratio we used is about 1:1. Break an egg, and mix the whole thing.. Add in the cabbage and onions. Mix again!
Put the mixture into the heated pan. Add some bacon...
After a while, check that the underside is golden brown, FLIP it. Press the okonomiyaki to make sure it gets cooked in the inside. Once its cooked, transfer it to a plate. Pour the mayo and the okonomiyaki sauce, add the fish shavings and seaweed, and TA DA!!! Yum Yum!!!
